despite utkarsh's (senior at wootton hs in rockville, md) title as "the goofy one," he brings much more than a "lunchbox" sense of humor to the trio. he's got one of the one element that is necessary for a music group to have to please a crowd - rhythm. zia claim that utkarsh must have swallowed a synthesizer when he was a child, because he is capable of producing beats simply by using his voice, therefore taking the title of the "beatbox" for the group. his piano skills also helped the group write their song "fading echos," and is always into broadening those skills towards other efforts. his is also a poet and his wise words are used in a lot of their songs. utkarsh has been into acting for all of his high school career, as well as singing in a few musical theater shows. his musical varieties are extremely varied (from r&b to alternative rock & pop) and this is helpful to the group because it keeps them "musically balanced." utkarsh adds to the group a reflection of his musical tastes - and that, ladies and gentlemen, is why he melts in your mouth, and not in your hand. :-)
