zia's (sophomore at wootton hs in rockville, md) artistic career took off when he was in 8th grade, whene he was living in egypt. his friends encouraged him to try out for a musical theater show, and zia was cast as a main part. that opportunity sparked zia's passion for theater and the arts. he started singing at the end of 8th grade. then things REALLY took off when he moved back to maryland and met nick and utkarsh while performing in the musicals "Grease" and "West Side Story." zia is a vocalist for the group as well as a guitarist. songs such as "impossible" and "fading echos" have music written by him, with lyrics by nick and utkarsh. he is currently also working on a solo project. his honest lyrics and deep guitar hooks leave you wanting more.
he plays guitar for the group and also works on some piano stuff with the group. he manages all of the web work with nick.
